James Paoletti
James grew up in Washington Township, NJ and went to Rutgers Camden where he studied History and attained his Teaching Certificate as well as his Special Education certificate. He taught at Williamstown High School in a self contained Autism classroom for 9 years and during that time started Spectrum Sports. An inclusive sports and fitness program for the neurodiverse population. He lives with his wife Amanda and their 3 boys whose oldest son Leo is on the Autism Spectrum.
