Michael Conteh

Michael Conteh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, executive coach, and former CEO of a multi-million-dollar behavioral health organization, where he led operations, trained leaders, and supported thousands of families over more than a decade.

With over 25 years of experience, Michael has worked directly with more than 1,000 families and trained over 1,000 professionals to serve children with autism and other developmental needs. More than 30 of his trainees have gone on to become BCBAs under his mentorship — and counting.

Known for blending behavioral science with business strategy, Michael is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in process management and operational efficiency. His work focuses on enhancing onboarding, retention, and staff motivation through Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles.

As a PCC-certified executive coach, Michael helps leaders, high performers, and clinicians develop balance, clarity, and purpose in their work. He is also the co-author of Off the Waitlist: A Parent’s Guide to Young Children with Disabilities, available on Amazon.
